Mission Statement

The mission of The THE BAND Band is to perform the music of The Band in a manner true to its original style and form, evoking the sound and the spirit of their live performances, for longtime fans and a new generation of listeners. 

The five members of The THE BAND Band are seasoned veteran musicians who have played both locally and nationwide for over 30 years. All are multi-instrumentalists, and all sing. They share a love for the music of The Band, and formed this tribute band for the sheer enjoyment of playing their songs. By covering all the well-loved favorites, as well as a broad selection of lesser knowns, they showcase the astounding breadth and depth of The Band’s music.

The Band is undeniably one of the greatest and most influential groups in the history of rock and roll. Many of their songs are universally regarded as timeless classics. But while The Band may be long gone from the stage, The THE BAND Band is the perfect remedy for Band-starved fans everywhere.
